      目的 通过观察玉容消痤颗粒对金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑体积、组织形态和睾酮及雌二醇的影响,探讨其治疗痤疮的机制。方法 健康雄性金黄地鼠60只随机分为6组,各组分别灌胃给蒸馏水/蒸馏水、螺内酯及玉容消痤颗粒低、中、高剂量溶液,连续给药30 d。除空白对照组外,其余5组每4天肌注丙酸睾酮1次,共7次。测量试验前后金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑体积,并检测其血清睾酮、雌二醇的含量;试验结束时取皮脂腺斑组织活检,镜下观察其组织学改变。结果 玉容消痤颗粒中、高剂量组及螺内酯组血清睾酮含量明显降低(P<0.05),金黄地鼠皮脂斑体积明显缩小(P<0.05),光镜下金黄地鼠皮脂腺显微结构(皮脂腺重叠叶数、厚度及液化小囊)明显改善。结论 玉容消痤颗粒有明显的抗雄激素作用,部分揭示了其治疗痤疮的机制。

      Objective To discuss the possible mechanism of Yurong Xiaocuo granules (YRXC) on treating acnes by observing its influence on the sizes, organizational structures, testosterone and estradiol of sebaceous glands of golden hamsters. Methods Sixty male golden hamsters were randomly divided into 6 groups (distilled water/distilled water, spirolactone and YRXC solutions at low, middle and high concentrations for 30 consecutive days). Except the blank control group, the other 5 groups were subjected to injections of testosterone propionate at the frequency of 1 time per 4 days, totaling 7 injections. The sizes of the sebaceous glands of golden hamsters before and after the injections, the contents of their testosterone and estradiol, and the histological changes of the sebaceous glands were recorded. Results The middle and high concentration groups and the spirolactone group had significant reduction of testosterone (P<0.05), the sebum spot sizes of golden hamsters were obviousty shrinked (P<0.05), and the microstructure of sebaceous glands of golden hamsters under light microscope were greatly improved (overlapping leaf number and thickness of sebaceous glands and liquefied utricles). Conclusion YRXC is effective in resisting androgen, partially indicating its mechanism in acne treatment.
